I am selling this fabulous photograph for a client who has written a few words regarding its provenance... It was specially commissioned by Bloomsbury Publishing for the cover of Forties Fashion and taken by Snowdon in his studio in Battersea (I was there, so met Snowdon and Darcey, who was lovely) in 1997. It features Darcey Bussell modelling the original of Christian Dior.
